Monticello Tulip Poplar Twist Pen

For 200 years, Tulip Poplars planted by Thomas Jefferson stood sentinel by Monticello's west lawn portico. Then, in 2008 and 2011, the enormous trees succumbed to age and illness and were taken down. 

Wood from these majestic trees has been used to create an elegant wood pen that is one of a kind. The wood has been treated to insure many years of use. 

Overall length is 5 inches. Each wood pen is one-of-a-kind. Color and size may vary slightly.
